Tense language

Much of our miscommunication can be found in people using different "tense" in the same conversation. One is talking about future possibilities, another reminding everyone what didn't work in the past, while someone else is talking about this week's to do list. In this episode we dive into the role time has on our conversation and what we can do to improve our use of it.
