More and more meetings are happening now using webinars or video conferencing. The challenge is if we are putting the meeting on, we may not be approaching it in a way that keeps attendees engaged. The people in the meeting not only have less ability to get a sense of the energy in the room and respond accordingly, but there also a bunch of new distractions that aren't faced when we're together in person.
